Job Description
EgyBell is hiring an Account Manager to join a leading company in Saudi Arabia ( Remotely) .
Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining and nurturing relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identifying opportunities for account growth and actively pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients.
- Preparing and presenting detailed reports on account performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Developing strategic plans for account development and diversification of services.
- Ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and quality standards.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management.
- Fluency in English.
- Proven track record in sales and account management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with functional and non-functional teams.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Human Resources or Contact Centre services is a plus.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or with Saudi clients are preferred.
- Familiarity with the local market and cultural nuances in the region are preferred.
- Certifications in Sales Management Account Management, or relevant fields are preferred.
