Job Description

EgyBell is hiring an Account Manager to join a leading company in Saudi Arabia ( Remotely) .

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining  and nurturing relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identifying opportunities for account growth and actively pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients.
  • Preparing and presenting detailed reports on account performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Developing strategic plans for account development and diversification of services.
  • Ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and quality standards.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proven track record in sales and account management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with functional and non-functional teams.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources or Contact Centre services is a plus.
  • Experience working in Saudi Arabia or with Saudi clients are preferred.
  • Familiarity with the local market and cultural nuances in the region are preferred.
  • Certifications in Sales Management Account Management, or relevant fields are preferred.
