Job Description

EgyBell is hiring Digital Marketing Supervisor for a leading insurance company.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that supports overall business objectives.
  • Oversee complex projects to participate in the final brand strategy.
  • Analyze data that comes in from market research and interpret that into a successful brand awareness strategy.
    Manage and mentor the digital marketing team and agencies.
  • Manage relationships with external digital marketing vendors and contractors, as needed.
  • Create and manage content for the company’s website, social media channels, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  • Work closely with other members of the marketing team to ensure that the company’s online presence is consistent with its overall branding and messaging.
  • Adjust to consumer trends and new information acquired, anticipate shifting behaviors, and adjust the brand strategy accordingly.
  • Maintain our media presence across all digital channels.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and social media engagement metrics.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in the industry.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing activities.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials (e.g. brochures, presentations, giveaways).
  • Conduct market research to gather information on competitors and industry trends.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing vendors and suppliers.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track expenses.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Excellent English level.
  • Experience in life insurance, insurance, financial services are preferred.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving and attention to details abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
