Job Description
EgyBell is hiring a Revenue Assurance Specialist for a leading company in 5th Settlement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue invoice booking: Accurately book, review, and verify revenue invoices.
- Revenue leakage detection: Identify and investigate billing errors, system issues, or potential fraud.
- Data analysis: Use tools like Excel and Power BI to analyze data, identify trends, and detect risks.
- System audits: Regularly audit billing and data systems to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Reconciliation: Match revenue data from different sources, resolving any discrepancies.
- Fraud prevention: Develop measures to prevent fraud and handle suspicious activities.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work with finance, operations, and tech teams for seamless processes.
- Promo code management: Ensure promo codes are correctly assigned to eligible customers.
- Deferred revenue: Calculate and analyze deferred revenue for accurate reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in revenue assurance, preferably in telecom or e-mobility.
- Familiarity with billing systems and revenue recognition principles.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Fluency in English with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Preferred certifications: An IFRS diploma, CPA, or CMA is a plus.
