Job Description
EgyBell is hiring Accounting Manager for a leading insurance company
Location: Mohandessin – Giza
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations, month/year-end closings, and budgeting.
- Review and verify financial data and ensure timely preparation of trial balance and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with government authorities (Tax, Labor, Social Insurance).
- Lead financial analysis and reporting for top management.
- Supervise and support the accounting team through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely delivery of reports.
- Propose improvements for processes, resource optimization, and staff development.
- Anticipate financial risks and set corrective action plans.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- MBA is preferred
- 8+ years of experience in the Accounting field
- Very good English.
- Knowledge and proficiency in Egyptian Accounting Standards, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Accounting Standards and Statements of Auditing Standards (SAS).
- International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS).
- Ability to understand financial reports.
- Ability to analyze, evaluate and reconcile financial data to arrive to accurate conclusions and recommendations
