Job Description

EgyBell is hiring Accounting Manager for a leading insurance company

Location: Mohandessin – Giza

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, month/year-end closings, and budgeting.
  • Review and verify financial data and ensure timely preparation of trial balance and financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with government authorities (Tax, Labor, Social Insurance).
  • Lead financial analysis and reporting for top management.
  • Supervise and support the accounting team through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely delivery of reports.
  • Propose improvements for processes, resource optimization, and staff development.
  • Anticipate financial risks and set corrective action plans.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting
  • MBA is preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in the Accounting field
  • Very good English.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Egyptian Accounting Standards, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Accounting Standards and Statements of Auditing Standards (SAS).
  • International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS).
  • Ability to understand financial reports.
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate and reconcile financial data to arrive to accurate conclusions and recommendations
