Job Description

Egybell is hiring a Customer Success Manager for an international Marketing company located in New Cairo.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Implement the customer vision & execute the portfolio strategy
  • Execute customer communication & retention strategies.
  • Establish, maintain & nurture professional relationships with all key stakeholders routinely visiting them.
  • Check & distribute monthly management reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Drive decision-making and maximize collaboration outputs.
  • Identify & formulate Case Studies.
  • Execute customer strategic priorities.
  • Provide revenue forecasts that reflect growth mindset and align with budget objectives.
  • Host & execute customer collaboration & continuous Workshops, symposiums etc.)
  • Develop & maintain the use of scheduling & key milestone communication.
  • Consult on & execute materials, processing & delivery opportunities that align with portfolio cost reduction, innovation & sustainability objectives.
  • Execute & maintain workflows & practices that enable the delivery of customer service level agreements.
  • Monitor commercial application.
  • Execute & maintain data principles that improve accuracy & enhance reporting output.
  • Adhere to requirements for system utilization.
  • Inform continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Deploy & monitor staffing needs within portfolio parameters.
  • Execute & maintain repeatable processes & performance metrics that measure operational effectiveness.
  • Utilize market & customer intelligence to understand strengths, weaknesses, opportunities & threats.
  • Conduct ongoing trade visits.
  • Manage & maintain approval requirements with customers (Commercials, sampling etc.).
  • Escalate any identified risks to the appropriate channel for assistance.
  • Amplify admiration through Impactful customer fulfilment Deliver an excellence driven & growth focussed service.
  • Engage frequently with key stakeholders to understand & maintain positive customer sentiment, future proof and extend our services.

Job Specifications:

 

Education:

  • A bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Diploma and/or certification in related field

 

Skills:

  • Excellent in English .
  • Customer service & people management experience .
  • Communication (verbal & written) Computer/Technology literacy /Leadership/ Relationship Building /Strategy Implementation
