Job Description
Egybell is hiring a Field Maintenance Engineer for a well-recognized company that offers high-quality products, services, and solutions for the energy and water sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act and provide required support for AMI projects on O&M phase.
- Communicate and support the utility sector customer on the assigned project to solve all technical issues faced and support to open channel with other entities.
- Communicate and support the Private sector customers on any required troubleshooting and commissioning.
- Perform required sites visit to provide field technical support.
- Solve all technical issues on level 2 scope on time.
- Escalating any issue related to Level 3 scope to the concerned team and refer to the customer by solution.
- Guarantee best customer satisfaction level.
- Hold a regular field visit to customers’ location to discuss and solve any in progress issues.
- Responsible for day-to-day update and reporting to Field Maintenance Section Head.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
Years of Experience: 1-2 Years.
Language: Â English: Excellent.
    Arabic: Mother Tongue.
- Computer skills: Excellent.

Technical competencies:
- Excellent knowledge of Electrical Basics, AMI Fundamentals, Low & Medium Voltage Connection, CT/VT, 3PH Sequence.
