Job Description
EgyBell is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Business Partner to join the team.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Primary point of contact for business; creates strategies and approaches that align the business enterprise-wide; engages resources as appropriate.
- Supports business to create an integrated people plan.
- Advises leaders on the implications of short and long-term decisions, strategies, and large-scale change efforts.
- Designs discovery processes to capture business needs and required capabilities; partners with senior leaders to help create organizational structure.
- Partners with EgyBell clients and Field HR to develop policies.
Organization Development/ Change:
- Direct, and monitor all OD activities related to EgyBell and Business clients.
- Act as HR Lead for all restructures within EgyBell and its clients, utilizing the Management of Organizational Change Policy.
- Act as HR lead on all compulsory redundancy processes.
Account Management:
- In concert with HR Director and Managing director. S/ he will be responsible for designing and reshaping the client’s monthly report for all Account Management team.
- Represent EgyBell in clients’ HR consulting services meetings.
- Guide, train, and direct managers and employees on the implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Facilitate the development of change plans and implementation of business transformational initiatives.
- Research, recommend, create, and direct best practices and trends to influence effective organizational design solutions.
Employee / Client Relations:
- Have a clear understating of all EgyBell services.
- Responsible for addressing clients’ concerns and requests.
- Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are regularly reviewed.
- Review staff awards processes and design an effective staff award system.
- Collaborate with management to create career development plans.
Talent Development:
- Plan and promote the understanding, application, and improvement of strategies to address talent gaps and needs.
- Develop and implement HR plans and programs with business leaders and Centers of Expertise.
- Collaborate with clients to support and/or drive workforce planning and design efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
- 4 – 6 years of experience in the same position.
- Excellent English level (spoken and written).
- HR diploma or certificate is a must.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent communication, time-management and leadership skills.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, and Social Insurance.
- Excellent understanding of HR best practices.
- Experience in performance management and working within defined policies and procedures.
- Experience in leading organizational change projects.
