Job Description

Egybell is hiring an HR Generalist for a leading insurance company.

Job Requirements :

Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed.
Create and maintain accurate employee records.
Ensure proper filing of employee documents.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
Support other HR functions as required.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
