Job Description
EgyBell is hiring a Material Controller for a global company that provides high-quality Electrical and Electronics solutions.
Employment Type: Temporary (6 months contract).

Key Accountabilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify materials delivered to site against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of all materials on-site using manual logs and/or inventory management software.
- Monitor material usage and forecast requirements to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
- Issue materials to relevant departments or contractors as per project needs and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of materials according to safety and quality standards.
- Track and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the concerned departments for resolution.
- Conduct regular stock counts and generate inventory reports for project and site management.
- Assist in planning and scheduling of materials based on project timelines and phases.
- Comply with all safety, quality, and environmental procedures related to material handling.
HSE Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in material control.
- Very good English level.
- Good knowledge of material control systems.
- Good knowledge in sites material management.
- Microsoft Office skills.
