Job Description
We are hiring a Multimedia Designer (Presentation Design Specialist ) for a Qatari-based company for Marketing and Advertising.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and create custom presentations for a variety of clients, ensuring that each presentation aligns with brand guidelines, storytelling objectives, and audience expectations.
• Collaborate with clients or project managers to gather content, key messages, and objectives for each presentation.
• Transform data, research, and key points into visually appealing slides that effectively communicate the message.
• Work with multimedia elements such as images, videos, animations, and infographics to create dynamic presentations.
• Edit and optimize presentations to ensure clarity, visual appeal, and consistency across slides.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and presentation best practices.
• Ensure final presentation designs are delivered in various formats (e.g., PowerPoint, PDF, Google Slides) and are ready for use in meetings, pitches, and other client-facing situations.
• Provide recommendations for improving visual and design elements to elevate the overall impact of the presentation.
• Revise presentations based on client feedback and adjust designs as necessary.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently while maintaining high design standards.Job Specifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Skills:
• +3 years of Proven experience designing presentations, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Excellent in English is a must
• Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, and other presentation tools; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Ability to transform complex data into visually appealing, easy-to-understand graphics.
• Familiarity with animation, video editing, and motion graphics is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for visual and design quality.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
