Job Description
Egybell is hiring a Sales Team leader (FMCG sector background) for Qatari company located in the Al Obour Industrial – Cairo
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a network of distributors to maximize sales coverage and efficiency.
- Establish clear performance expectations and monitor distributor performance against agreed targets.
- Provide training and support to distributors to improve their sales capabilities and operational effectiveness.
- Conduct regular business reviews with distributors to identify areas for improvement and growth. Motivate distributors to achieve their full potential.
- Ensure distributors adhere to company policies and procedures.

- Ensure effective communication with customers (through distributors).
- Manage the overall distribution network in the region.
- Ensure adequate product availability at all points of sale serviced by distributors.
- Monitor distributor inventory levels and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Identify and recruit new distributors as needed to expand market coverage.
- Ensure compliance with distribution agreements.
- Prepare regular sales reports and analysis based on distributor data.
- Monitor key sales metrics and identify trends based on distributor information.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance within the distributor network.
- Track expenses related to distributor management and support.
- Gather and report on market intelligence from distributors, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
- Use distributor feedback to identify new product opportunities.
- Provide distributor feedback to marketing on product development and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Very good to Excellent English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards
- Familiarity with ERP systems and cost accounting software. Job Skills:
