Job Description

Egybell is hiring a Security manager for a telecommunication company located in Cairo.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement & apply all company Business Security and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Managing the security company operation:
  • Monitoring the Building Accessibility at all entrances.
  • Checking all the Critical Rooms in the Building
  • Monitor all the activities taking place in the building.
  • Reporting any security incident or observation.
  • manage the patrolling system
  • manage the operation of the safety systems
  • Monitoring and validating all logbooks
  • Frequent site walkthroughs/out-of-business-hours visits
  • Review and follow up on the security guard’s performance
  • Supporting in all safety activities drills evacuations, etc…
  • Security personnel: Manage security personnel, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Security operations: Oversee security operations, including the work of security teams, and monitor CCTV and alarms.
  • Risk assessments: Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and devise security measures.
  • Incident response: Coordinate the response to security incidents, including breaches and system failures/ emergencies.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the team follows security and privacy standards



Job Specifications:

 

Education:

  • A bachelor’s degree in security, criminal justice, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree

   Skills:

  • Excellent in English is a must.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • He should be able to multitask, prioritize, and have strong organizational and leadership skills.
