We are hiring a Senior Backend Developer.

Job overview:

Lead backend architecture and development of a scalable HRIS platform covering HR, payroll, recruitment, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop backend architecture and APIs for HRIS modules
  • Implement secure authentication and RBAC
  • Integrate third-party services (Email, SMS, WhatsApp)
  • Optimize database performance
  • Collaborate with frontend and UI/UX teams
  • Ensure security and compliance standards

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years backend experience
  • Node.js / .NET / Java
  • REST APIs & microservices
  • SQL databases
  • Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Docker experience.
