Job Description
Egybell is hiring a Senior Business Development for an agricultural leading company located in Mohandessin.
Key Responsibilities :
Market Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in local, regional, and international markets.
- Conduct market research on agricultural demand, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Propose new sales channels and market entry strategies.
Client & Partner Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners.
- Act as the main liaison for customer inquiries and business proposals.
Sales Growth & Revenue
- Support achievement of sales targets by developing new client pipelines.
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain and Production teams to align customer demand with farm capacity
- Track business performance against revenue and growth targets.
Branding & Representation
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to align BD and marketing activities.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and bids for prospective clients.
Strategy & Reporting
- Support the General Manager in developing BD strategies and growth initiatives.
- Monitor performance of business partnerships and recommend improvements.
- Prepare regular reports on opportunities, pipelines, and business results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture Economics, or related field. MBA is an advantage.
- Excellent in English
- 5–7 years in business development or sales, with at least 2–3 years in agriculture, FMCG, food exports, or related sectors.
- Knowledge: Agricultural market dynamics, B2B/B2C sales, export processes, and trade regulations.
- Basic knowledge of a third language (French, German, or Chinese) is a plus for export markets
