Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
  • Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and workers.
  • Monitor construction progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage site materials, equipment, and labor resources efficiently.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.
  • Verify measurements and quantities for billing and project documentation.
  • Attend site meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in construction site supervision.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
