Job Description

EgyBell is hiring a Sr. Business Continuity and Risk Management for a multinational financial organization.

 

Responsibilities :

  • Support the Resilience & BCM Manager in implementing and maintaining our Business Continuity & Contingency Plan (BCCP).
  • Help identify and manage risks that could disrupt our business, including those related to technology, crises, and disasters.
  • Work with teams across the company to ensure they understand and integrate business continuity into their daily work.
  • Assist in preparing for and responding to emergencies, such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.
  • Contribute to improving our overall resilience by participating in tests and making recommendations for enhancements.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining our BCCP.
  • Track and report on business continuity-related risks and controls.
  • Help prepare for and participate in emergency drills and tests.
  • Provide administrative support to the Emergency Management Committee and Crisis Management Team.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as IT, HR, and Facilities, on resilience efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with budget tracking.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in speaking and writing English.
  • 4 – 6 years of experience in the same field.
  • Excellent Knowledge of data analytics tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of internal control & Audit.
  • Solid knowledge of Business continuity, Risk Assessment & Crisis Management.
  • IT and Cybersecurity knowledge is preferred.
  • ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, ISO 22301 Lead Auditor or CBCI is a plus.
