Job Description
We are hiring a Store Manager
Location : Sheraton
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all store activities, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Monitor inventory levels, order stock, and manage deliveries
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
- Conduct regular audits of cash handling, inventory, and store performance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a retail or convenience store manager (minimum 5 years preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Computer skills (POS systems, Microsoft Office)
- Knowledge of inventory control, merchandising.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Good in English.
