Job Description

We are hiring a Store Manager

Location : Sheraton

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all store activities, including opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Monitor inventory levels, order stock, and manage deliveries
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
  • Conduct regular audits of cash handling, inventory, and store performance

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a retail or convenience store manager (minimum 5 years preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Computer skills (POS systems, Microsoft Office)
  • Knowledge of inventory control, merchandising.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
  • Good in English.
