Job Description
EgyBell is Hiring Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for a leading trading company  locted in El-Sheikh Zayed.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement commercial strategies, business plans, and KPIs
- Align policies and SOPs with company goals
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to the Board
- Commercial & Trading Operations
- Oversee commodity trading, purchasing, and sales execution
- Ensure compliance with risk management frameworks
- Validate pricing strategies and trading transactions
- Market Analysis & Business Development
- Analyze market trends and commodity performance
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Expand commercial channels and revenue streams
- Financial Planning & Performance
- Develop annual budgets and sales plans
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Align purchasing strategies with market insights
- Risk Management
- Ensure accurate reporting of commodity and currency positions
- Collaborate with finance and risk teams to manage exposure
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, IT, and Risk teams
- Ensure smooth and aligned operations across departments
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial team
- Support recruitment, performance management, and training initiatives
- Procurement Oversight
- Supervise procurement processes and purchasing forecasts
- Ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10–15 years of experience in commodity trading or commercial leadership
- Fluency in English
- Strong expertise in commodity markets (grains or soft commodities preferred)
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
