Job Description
Egybell is hiring a Contracting Manager  for a leading Travel agency in El Mohandessin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the contracting team, setting clear goals and KPIs.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers in line with the company’s expansion strategy. Negotiate rates, allocations, offers, and exclusive deals with suppliers to secure the best commercial terms.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to ensure product competitiveness.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key suppliers and partners.
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal, commercial, and operational standards.
- Work closely with the pricing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth product flow and alignment.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to availability, pricing, or service quality.
- Attend international travel trade shows, networking events, and site inspections as required.
- Prepare regular reports on contracting performance, rate competitiveness, and revenue impact.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent in English is a Must
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a contracting or product management role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position, is a Must
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of regional and global tourism markets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reservation/contracting platforms (e.g., Juniper, Travel Gate, Tour plan, etc.)
- Ability to travel frequently and work under pressure.
- Preferred Industry Experience: Travel & Tourism , E-commerce / Online Travel Agencies (OTA) , Hospitality / Airlines or Consumer Goods or Services with dynamic pricing models
