Egybell is hiring a Contracting Manager for a leading Travel agency in El Mohandessin.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the contracting team, setting clear goals and KPIs.
Source, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers in line with the company’s expansion strategy. Negotiate rates, allocations, offers, and exclusive deals with suppliers to secure the best commercial terms.
Analyze market trends and competitors to ensure product competitiveness.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key suppliers and partners.
Ensure all contracts comply with legal, commercial, and operational standards.
Work closely with the pricing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth product flow and alignment.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to availability, pricing, or service quality.
Attend international travel trade shows, networking events, and site inspections as required.
Prepare regular reports on contracting performance, rate competitiveness, and revenue impact.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
Excellent in English is a Must
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a contracting or product management role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position, is a Must
Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of regional and global tourism markets.
Proficiency in MS Office and reservation/contracting platforms (e.g., Juniper, Travel Gate, Tour plan, etc.)
Ability to travel frequently and work under pressure.
Preferred Industry Experience: Travel & Tourism , E-commerce / Online Travel Agencies (OTA) , Hospitality / Airlines or Consumer Goods or Services with dynamic pricing models
