Job Description

We are hiring a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for a reputable company.

Key Requirements:
· Experience: 6 months – 1 year of experience in a call center or phone-based customer service role.
· Technical Experience: Hands-on experience using ticketing systems and billing systems is required.

Skills:
· Strong negotiation and communication skills.
· Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
· Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
