Job Description

EgyBell is hiring a Head of Operations for a leading company specialized in interior finishing and fit-out projects.
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
  1. Lead the operational execution of multiple fit-out and finishing projects.
  2. Oversee Project Managers and operational teams to ensure projects are delivered according to planned schedules, budgets, quality, and HSE standards.
  3. Monitor project progress, identify delays and operational challenges, and implement corrective actions.
Resource & Subcontractor Management
  1. Manage and allocate manpower, subcontractors, equipment, and resources across projects.
  2. Monitor subcontractor performance and productivity and take corrective actions when required.
Coordination & Performance
  1. Coordinate with Technical Office, Procurement, Finance, HR, QA/QC, and HSE to ensure smooth project execution.
  2. Drive productivity, resource optimization, and operational efficiency.
  3. Report project performance, risks, and operational challenges to top management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering from a Faculty of Engineering.
15+ years of experience in construction operations, including at least 4 years in a senior operational/management role.
Strong experience in interior fit-out and finishing projects.
Strong contractor-side operational background with experience managing multiple projects, teams, subcontractors, manpower, and resources.
Experience in large-scale residential, hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
Excellent English.
PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
MBA/Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience with MS Project and/or Primavera P6 is a plus.
ERP experience such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
