Job Description

EgyBell is hiring an LC Engineer for a leading company in the retail and real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Low Current Systems Operations
  • Follow up on the operation and troubleshooting of Low Current (LC) systems to ensure efficient and stable performance.
  • Handle the integration of the ISOP platform with LC systems in coordination with the City Management team.
  • Support troubleshooting and fault diagnosis for LC systems to ensure high service quality and efficient operation.
  • Maintenance & Asset Management
  • Monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities by reviewing maintenance reports and schedules with service providers.
  • Ensure the Asset Register is regularly updated to reflect asset additions, removals, and changes.
  • Assist maintenance providers in diagnosing MEP issues through LC systems to support faster response and resolution.
    System Integration & Coordination
  • Coordinate with the construction team during the handover of LC systems to ensure proper system quality and functionality.
  • Follow up on vendors’ and contractors’ activities to ensure service stability and efficient system operation.
  • Support the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Low Current systems.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Communications Engineering.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in Low Current systems.
  • Experience in LC systems programming, testing, and commissioning.
  • Experience in Low Current systems operation, maintenance, repair, and fault rectification.
  • Knowledge of Low Current systems installation and component replacement.
  • Experience in electrical maintenance, including control panels, NVRs, and instrumentation devices.
  • Understanding of the integration between BMS and Low Current systems, including Fire Alarm and Access Control systems.
  • Good English communication skills
