Job Description
We are looking for a Solar Site Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience (including at least 1 year of hands-on experience in the solar energy field) working on PV solar projects to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision: Supervise crew members, monitor daily installation processes, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on-site.
- Timeline & Resource Tracking: Assist in preparing and tracking project timelines, milestones, and material usage on site.
- Site Coordination: Coordinate between site requirements, installation teams, and project timelines to ensure smooth execution.
- Technical Support: Assist in utility interconnection processes, electrical inspections, and technical site meetings.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Maintain effective communication with contractors, consultants, and technical teams on site.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of total experience, with a minimum of 1 year specifically in solar energy projects (On-grid, Off-grid, Hybrid, or Solar Pumping).
- Location: Residence in Giza (or nearby areas).
- Technical Skills: Good understanding of PV system installations, components, and regulatory codes.
- Software & Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCAD or PVSyst is a plus.
