Job Description
EgyBell is hiring Sr. Business Continuity Management And Operational Risk for a multinational financial organization.
Responsibilities :
- Support the implementation of the Business Continuity and Contingency Plan (BCCP), including governance for project teams when needed.
- Develop and implement risk controls for business continuity, crisis management, and operational risks.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for BCCP activities.
- Coordinate and supervise readiness tests, recommending improvements based on results.
- Report on BCCP capabilities and provide regular updates to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute BCM documentation, awareness materials, and training sessions.
- Act as secretary for the Emergency Management Committee (EMC) and Crisis Management Team (CMT), maintaining agendas, minutes, and action trackers.
- Support staff during contingency events and ensure the contact list is updated.
- Liaise with service providers for security, medical advisories, and contingency evaluations.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and Facilities to align BCM strategies with operational needs.
- Evaluate security and medical threats, providing recommendations for activating contingency plans.
- Assist in maintaining and improving BCM programs, ensuring the integration of business processes and resources.
- Monitor and report BCM-related expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets.
- Perform other related duties as required by the role and management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in speaking and writing English.Â
- 4- 6 years of Experience in the same field.
- Excellent Knowledge of data analytics tools.
- Solid knowledge of Business continuity, Risk Assessment & Crisis Management.
- Excellent knowledge of IT and Cybersecurity
- Certified Business Continuity Institute (CBCI)
- ISO 22301 Lead Implementer is essential.
- ISO 22301 Lead Auditor is essential.
- IT DR Implementer is essential.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer is preferred.
- ISO 27001 Lead Auditor is preferred.
- ISO 31000 Risk Manager is preferred.
