WE ARE HIRING BRAND & PRODUCTION PRODUCER for a Fashion & Retail Company
Location: 3rd Settlement, Cairo

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Develop and execute creative concepts for brand activations, pop-ups, store openings, launches, and events.
Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, and lifestyle productions from brief to final delivery.
Source and manage locations, vendors, production houses, photographers, videographers, models, and other production partners.
Prepare production schedules, timelines, and CPS (Calendar Production Schedule).
Manage on-ground production and ensure smooth execution of activations and shoots.
Prepare and monitor production budgets, quotations, and project expenses.
Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Content, Social Media, PR, Retail Operations, and other stakeholders.
Ensure productions are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the approved concept and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business, Production, Event Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Experiential Marketing, Creative Production, Brand Activation, Event Production, Photoshoot Production, Fashion Production, or related fields.
Experience coordinating professional photoshoots or video productions.
Experience in location scouting, crew coordination, supplier sourcing, and production planning.
Strong project management, negotiation, and budgeting skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple productions simultaneously.
High attention to detail with strong ownership and accountability.
