Job Description
EgyBell is hiring a Business Development Executive for an advertising agency located in the 6th of October city.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our advertising agency. The ideal candidate understands marketing and advertising services and can translate client needs into strategic solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and industry research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and strategy teams to tailor client solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update CRM systems regularly.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in advertising or media).
- Understanding of advertising services (digital, social media, branding, media buying, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce CRM, HubSpot) is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset.
