Job Description

EgyBell is hiring Business Development Manager for a multinational company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with key retail accounts, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and market engagement.

• Drive market penetration initiatives and contribute to increasing market share across the region.

• Acquire and develop new customers and projects within the MENA market, building tailored commercial strategies to meet customer needs.

• Expand the company’s presence within the retail sector, including shopfitting, store concepts, interior solutions, and related industries.

• Act as the primary point of contact for regional customers, ensuring effective account management and ongoing business development.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer intelligence activities to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.

• Manage the regional product and service portfolio to maximize market coverage and profitability.

• Collaborate closely with international stakeholders and global sales teams to align regional activities with corporate objectives.

• Prepare sales forecasts, manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline development.

• Develop and manage reseller networks across the MENA region, ensuring alignment with company standards and growth objectives.

• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5–10+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Key Account Management within a B2B environment.

• Fluent English communication skills with the ability to negotiate and manage commercial discussions at a professional level.

• Proven track record in client acquisition, business growth, and account management.

• Strong network within Egypt, including retail chains, contractors, developers, distributors, or related stakeholders.

Experience in one or more of the following sectors:

• Retail Solutions & Shopfitting

• Supermarket Equipment & Trolley Systems

• Interior Fit-Out Solutions

• Industrial Solutions

• Logistics Solutions

• Strong commercial acumen and customer relationship management skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Highly independent, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different markets.

• High willingness to travel frequently within the region as required by business needs.

• Advanced user of MS Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Experience with SAP is considered a strong advantage.
