Job Description

EgyBell is hiring a Call Center Representative.

Location: 5th Settlement

 

Requirements:

  • Language: Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Experience: 1 year of experience
  • Good user of CRM System, Excel, and MS Office

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Register customer requests on system, record customers data and coordinate with other division on that regard
·         Escalates complaints to concerned parties in Contact Center or any other division and follows up on action taken
·         Follow up tickets until the closure of requests & complaints.
·         Conduct satisfaction surveys and outbound calls campaigns
·         Prepare report of call Center activities
·         Manage clients Emails
