- Language: Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Experience: 1 year of experience
- Good user of CRM System, Excel, and MS Office

Responsibilities:

| ·        Escalates complaints to concerned parties in Contact Center or any other division and follows up on action taken |
| ·        Follow up tickets until the closure of requests & complaints. |
| ·        Conduct satisfaction surveys and outbound calls campaigns |
| ·        Prepare report of call Center activities |
| ·        Manage clients Emails |
