Job Description

Job Duties:
- Prepare and edit documents such as letters, memos and emails.
- Maintain calendars and schedules for assigned attorneys
- Â Maintain, file and organize files as well as E-filling
- Assist attorneys with incoming mail, email management, and office organization, as requested
- Prepare and submit attorney expense reports
- Prepare court documents, case citations, and other documents according to rules of required formatting
- Additional administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- High levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
