Job Description

  • Job title: Executive Secretary
  • Job location: Alexandria (Alexandria Residents only)
  • Gender: Females

Job Duties:

  • Prepare and edit documents such as letters, memos and emails.
  • Maintain calendars and schedules for assigned attorneys
  •  Maintain, file and organize files as well as E-filling
  • Assist attorneys with incoming mail, email management, and office organization, as requested
  • Prepare and submit attorney expense reports
  • Prepare court documents, case citations, and other documents according to rules of required formatting
  • Additional administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • High levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
