Job Description

EgyBell is Hiring a Data Entry Executive Activation and Dynamic for a leading travel and tourism company

Location: Mohandessin ,Giza

Key Responsibilities:

Review and activate static and dynamic hotel contracts
Maintain accurate hotel rates pricing room allocations and availability
Verify hotel data and ensure data quality through regular audits
Coordinate with Contracting teams hotels and channel managers
Monitor contract activation within the required timelines
Handle uploading issues and follow up on system updates
Review promotional offers and negotiator reports
Lead support and monitor the performance of the data entry team
Train team members and ensure compliance with company standards

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Tourism Hospitality Information Systems or a related field
2 to 4 years of experience in data entry hotel contracting travel operations or a similar role
Juniper experience is a must
Strong knowledge of hotel contracting static and dynamic contracts rate plans and channel management
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical organizational and leadership skills
Very good command of English
