Job Description

Egybell is hiring a Data Entry Specialist for a reputable travel agency located in El Mohandessen.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in data entry, travel operations, contracting, is preferred. (Juniper Experience is a must)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing and entering data.
  • Ability to analyze contracts and extract key information while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
  • Good understanding of hotel contracting terminology, including meal plans, occupancy, allotments, cancellation policies, promotions, and market types.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to work with internal systems and databases.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies, missing information, and data inconsistencies, and communicate them effectively to the relevant Deps.
  • Good communication skills for coordinating with Contracting Executives and internal teams.
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Very Good command of written and spoken English.
