Job Description

EgyBell is hiring a Call Center Representative.

Location: 5th Settlement

Requirements:

  • Language: Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Experience: 1 year of experience
  • Good user of CRM System, Excel, and MS Office
  • Males are preferred

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Register customer requests on system, record customers data and coordinate with other division on that regard
  • Escalates complaints to concerned parties in Contact Center or any other division and follows up on action taken
  • Follow up tickets until the closure of requests & complaints.
  • Conduct satisfaction surveys and outbound calls campaigns
  • Prepare report of call Center activities
  • Manage clients Emails
