Marketing Operations Executive

Egybell is hiring a Marketing Operations Executive for a well-known company located in 5th Settlement, New Cairo.

Description:

Coordinate the end-to-end production and on-ground execution of mall events, activations, and marketing campaigns.
Supervise the production, printing, delivery, installation, and dismantling of banners, posters, hoardings, signage, and other branding materials.
Coordinate with production houses, print houses, vendors, and agencies to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
Conduct site visits and monitor event setup, installation, execution, and breakdown.
Coordinate permits, approvals, and operational requirements with relevant stakeholders.
Manage event logistics, production timelines, material storage, and inventory tracking.
Prepare campaign trackers, documentation, and post-campaign reports.
Troubleshoot on-ground operational issues and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and quality standard

Qualifications & Requirements :

3+ years of relevant hands-on experience in Event Production, Marketing Operations, BTL Activations, Exhibition Production, or a similar field.
Practical knowledge of printing materials, branding production, fabrication, installation, and dismantling processes.
Proven experience dealing with production houses, print houses, vendors, and external agencies.
Strong coordination, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
V.Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including extended hours and overnight shifts when required by event schedule
