Job Description

EgyBell is hiring a Recruitment Specialist (with HR Generalist Responsibilities)

– Location: Abu Rawash

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements
  • Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking)
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview processes
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR function as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment
  • Basic experience supporting HR operations or generalist activities
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Good command of Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Very good English communication skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
