Job Description
EgyBell is hiring a Recruitment Specialist (with HR Generalist Responsibilities)
– Location: Abu Rawash
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements
- Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking)
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview processes
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Provide general administrative support to the HR function as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment
- Basic experience supporting HR operations or generalist activities
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Good command of Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Very good English communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
